Terms of Use

1. Who can use Vyora

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Vyora account. If you are 16 or 17, your account will remain in a limited state until your parent or guardian gives verifiable consent, per our Privacy Notice.

Vyora is currently in a closed beta stage: full access requires a single-use invite code tied to your email address. Vyora may change, limit, or discontinue this invite system at any time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The information you provide when registering (name, date of birth, etc.) must be truthful. Creating an account with false information, or impersonating someone else, is grounds for immediate suspension.

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, you authorize Vyora to receive the basic profile information that provider shares, per our Privacy Notice.

3. Content you post

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, posts, and other content you upload to Vyora ("Your Content").

By posting Your Content, you grant Vyora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute it within the Platform, solely to operate the service (e.g. showing your profile to scouts, or your posts in the feed). This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies already stored in technical backups for a reasonable period.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights (e.g. copyright in a video that isn't yours).

Vyora may remove content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

4. Verification and rating system

Vyora distinguishes between "self-reported" data (what you enter in your own profile) and "verified" data (confirmed via an approved challenge or by a scout). A self-reported value is not a guarantee of accuracy by Vyora — it is your own statement.

We do not guarantee that the verification process is free of human error, or that a rating or badge precisely reflects a user's actual athletic level.

Attempting to manipulate the verification system (e.g. via fake accounts or collusion with other users) is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited conduct

When using Vyora, you agree not to:

• Post false, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit content, or content promoting violence or hatred.
• Harass, intimidate, or make unwanted contact with other users, especially minors.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use bots, automated scraping, or any technical means to extract data from the Platform without authorization.
• Commercialize, resell, or exploit access to the Platform or other users' data without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass the age-verification system or the closed-beta gate.

6. Brand challenges and monetization features

When the Platform enables challenges sponsored by brands, institutions, or other third parties, your participation is subject to that challenge's specific rules (published when you enter it) in addition to these Terms. If a challenge involves cash or in-kind prizes, Vyora may act as an intermediary for their delivery, including temporarily holding third-party funds while the winner is verified — those funds are not part of Vyora's own revenue.

7. Vyora's intellectual property

The name "Vyora", its logo, wordmark, design, software, and other brand elements are Vyora's property. These Terms do not grant you any rights over them, except the limited use necessary to use the Platform as intended.

8. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Platform or by contacting us.

Vyora may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if your conduct poses a risk to other users (especially minors), or as required by law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Vyora is under active development and may experience interruptions, bugs, or changes without notice. We do not guarantee the Platform will be error-free at all times, nor that using the Platform will result in recruitment opportunities, sponsorships, or any other benefit.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vyora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including data loss, missed recruitment opportunities, or decisions made by third parties (scouts, institutions, brands) based on information shown on the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Vyora against third-party claims arising from: (i) Your Content, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) your misuse of the Platform.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute related to these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico, unless applicable law provides otherwise for consumers in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. We will publish any material change on this same page along with its update date. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
